Itinerary

Day 1: Drive to Bwindi

The guide will pick you at 8:00 AM from your hotel and he will drive you to bwindi for your 3 day gorilla trekking in Uganda. You will Make the first stopover at the Equator crossing for snacks and for some photography. Stop for lunch break at Igongo cultural centre. Continue the journey after lunch to the vast rain forest "Bwindi", This is the forest with lots of primates and birds, you will visit local communities for cultural experience in the afternoon on a foot safari. 
Meals and overnight at Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge, Rushaga Gorilla Havens Lodge or Gorilla Leisure Lodge(FB).
 

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking

Begin the day with breakfast ready for trekking the rare mountain gorilla in the wild, which begins at 7:30 AM with a briefing from the UWA staff. Ensure to carry along with you a rain jacket, drinking water, snacks, jungle boots, etc.  The guides will lead you inside the jungle to see the shy Primates for a group you have been booked for. Its advisable not to forget your lunch boxes as trekking might take between 2 - 10 hours but it’s well worth the effort.

Day 3: Return to Kampala, then Entebbe

Return to Kampala, then Entebbe, with lunch en-route and stop over at Equator Uganda before your evening departures home.
